The credibility of your organisation is often judged through the standard of WRITTEN COMMUNICATION ...
|
|
|
Master the skills of writing, then you can write anything, professionally!
|
|
Do you know
... why you don't have to use big and verbose words?
... why your letter is very clear, but only to yourself ?
... how to be concise yet considerate and courteous?
... how to change the tone or mood of the sentence?
... when to use active or passive voice?
... what tense to use in any situation?
|
"I do not write nowadays!" … Really? Think again.
We do a lot of communication everyday,
whether via phone, face-to-face, email, letters or reports.
It is highly essential that what you put down on paper or email is
absolutely right because it is permanent.
Portraying your professionalism via writing is not trivia. It
is a must, if you want to stay in the business !
